Return Policy

JustKidsStore offers a 90 day return policy on all unused merchandise. Items must be returned in resalable condition (to be determined by JustKidsStore), in original packaging with all manuals, parts and accessories. Please contact JustKidsStore prior to sending back your items if you believe the products may not meet these requirements.

Items that are missing parts, manuals, registration cards or that have been used, laundered, etc. will not be accepted for returns. JustKidsStore reserves the right to refuse any returns that are deemed to be in a non-resalable condition. In the event that a return is not accepted, the customer may elect to have the merchandise shipped back to them at their own expense.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Items from orders that received free shipping will be refunded less shipping costs incurred by JustKidsStore. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the merchandise.

If you order comes to you damaged, please Contact Us. If the product is defective, JustKidsStore will contact the manufacturer and provide a replacement. JustKidsStore insures all shipments and your product will be replaced upon the completion of the insurance claim.

How to return merchandise:

Please complete a Return Authorization (RA) form. Please be sure to specify the RA Number and Order Number on the shipping label of any packages sent to JustKidsStore. Returns that do not specify an RA number will not be accepted.
